Nice shot specially like the black and white look it gives it a sense of place and history, I know this building on 12th and Collins. It was designed by Murray Dixon and built in 1939. I have seen a period picture and the structure has not changed in all these years. The only thing different is the railing the new ones depicted in your shot reflect the deco influence much better then the original.
Sometimes they don’t; sometimes you wait way too long for a miracle and it causes you to suffer. Don’t wait for people, the only person that can make you happy is YOU.
